Steps For Retrieving the Forgotten User ID:
You may retrieve your user name if you lose it. After providing the required information, you will receive an email with your user name to your registered email address. How to retrieve a lost user ID:
- Type https://www.kdealer.com into the address bar and press Enter. You’ll see the KDealer login screen.
- Click Forgot User ID if necessary. You will be directed to a website for missing user IDs.
- Click CONTINUE after entering your registered email address in the Enter Email box. When you click the Forgot User ID button, a screen with a confirmation message appears.
- After clicking CONTINUE TO LOGIN, you will be directed to the login page.
- When you provide your email address, the user receives a message including their user ID.
- If you did not receive the email, click Resend Email on the Forgot Password page.
Steps For Retrieving the Forgotten Password:
- Select Forgot Password from the login page’s menu.
- This service allows KMA members, dealer staff, and associated firms to update their credentials.
